Walk Routine For May 24, 2019
In an effort to get active again, I'm going to try and get out and hit the pavement like I used to. I found that working days was easier for me to get my steps in than working nights. So either during days off or before my shifts (and even after) I'm going to try and get at least a couple of miles in.
As you see here I did an early afternoon walk for a little more than 3.5 miles and a pre-work walk of 2.1 miles. Have to maximize this nice weather.
