The Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk October 15, 2018

Yesterday was the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk at New York City's Central Park. The pink was prevalent within the greenery of Central Park as thousands walked to benefit the necessary cause of Breast Cancer Awareness. This was my second straight year walking with it being the first in trying to raise funds.

As you can see in the picture above, the course is a little more than four miles starting at the 72nd Street Bandshell. The course goes North along the East side before wrapping around to the West side near 100th Street finishing back at the Bandshell. As you can see below, I put together a nice little walk before finally sitting down at the Dunkin on 74th and 2nd Avenue.

A great time was had by all. Here are some images of some of the sights that I came across during the Breast Cancer Walk.

As of the writing of this post, I was able to raise $723 dollars and my team, The Pink and Black Attack!!! raised a total of $1,260 dollars.

And speaking of my team, thank you to everyone who helped to raise funds and walked early this morning. I appreciate the effort.

Until next year peeps. The Pink and Black Attack!!! will be back bigger and better.

Here are some parting words by yours truly:

Again, thanks to everyone who backed us with donations and supported us with encouragement. It was a blast!!!

Until Then Keep Stepping,
